Customers can make reservations through our website or WhatsApp. Accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger and luggage details must be provided. A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from our team.

02. Transportation Services

Our transportation services include:

• Makkah and Madinah Transfers
• Intercity Transportation
• Local Transfers
• Umrah Transportation
• Ziyarat Tours and Private Travel

All services are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

03. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers should arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.
• Customers must provide correct travel information.
• Passengers must take care of the vehicle.
• Damage caused by passengers may result in additional charges.
• All passengers must follow applicable Saudi Arabian laws.

04. Payment Terms

Transportation charges and payment methods will be communicated during booking. Any additional services or changes may involve extra charges. Customers should confirm the total fare before travelling.

05. Cancellation & Booking Changes

Customers should inform us as early as possible about cancellations or booking changes. All cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

06. Airport Pickup & Waiting Time

Customers should provide accurate flight details. Flight delays or changes should be communicated to our team. Pickup arrangements and waiting time will be confirmed during booking.

07. Luggage & Vehicle Capacity

Customers must select a suitable vehicle according to passenger numbers and luggage requirements. Luggage capacity varies by vehicle. Additional requirements may involve extra charges.

08. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Traffic, road closures, weather, airport delays and other unforeseen circumstances may affect journey times. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers about significant delays.

09. Customer Conduct & Safety

• Smoking is not permitted inside vehicles unless expressly allowed.
• Passengers must wear seat belts where provided.
• Children must travel with appropriate safety arrangements.
• Unsafe or unlawful passenger conduct may result in refusal of service.
